HI-RES Certified
The integrated 1″ Soft Dome Tweeters allow your music to come alive! Playing upper harmonics climbing all the way to 40kHz, these beautifully soft yet remarkably detailed tweeters are Hi-Res Audio Certified, bringing the studio to the dashboard with a level of nuance and authenticity not possible with traditional speakers.
Glass Fiber Composite Woofer Cone
The door woofer features an all-new glass fibre composite cone, which due to its directionally woven construction is engineered to be far stronger than a traditional oval cone diaphragm. The resulting rigidity coupled with glass fiber’s innate lightness results in highly controlled cone excursion producing excellent response and audio reproduction.
HAMR Roll Surround
Alpine-exclusive High Amplitude Multi-Roll surround technology is integrated into the speaker design, which allows for maximum cone movement, delivering powerful and accurate bass notes.
Large Magnet Structure
The large strontium magnets housed on the back of S-Series speakers mean business. Combined with large voice coils and Alpine’s patented HAMR Surrounds, increase cone excursion and the force of the driver to provide louder, punchier sound.
