The award winning MB Quart Nautic Premium waterproof marine certified, 10 inch shallow mount subwoofer for boat installations. Sold with 3 color grill options included in each box.

GRILLS

PERSONALIZED FINISH: The Nautic Premium marine and off-road vehicle waterproof subwoofers are finished in a hardened composite with their color inspired by the black sand beaches of Kaimu Hawaii. Each subwoofer includes three different grills. Kaimu Black, Miami Silver and Bahama White. Many enthusiasts use the white insert to lightly sand and paint to match their personal style and vehicle.

MOTOR

The subwoofer is engineered with a High-Energy Ferrite Magnet which allows the magnetic energy to react quickly making the bass sound fast and tight.

Surround / Cone Coupling	UV-resistant, Butyl rubber surround is coupled to a flat-piston rigid dome. This configuration, allows the subwoofer to remain shallow and produce large bass frequencies.
Gasket	Moulded Polymer Sealing gasket is utilized to keep the subwoofer isolated from the mounting surface and improve protection from water intrusion.
Voice Coil / Former Assembly	2.5-inch high-temperature voice coil and the former for high thermal stability in small enclosure volumes where the internal box temperatures can rob you of performance. Voice coil is high-temperature copper, wound on an aluminium former which allows the voice coil to handle more power by dissipating heat faster than other materials while remaining light in weight.
Spider	An Aramid fiber composite spider is used to stabilize the cone and voice coil in all musical situations. Aramid fibers do not degrade over time and are not susceptible to temperature swings.
Frame / Venting	Composite (ASA + Fiberglass) Frames are incredibly strong and lightweight, but most important for the music they are inert, meaning they have no resonance frequency, this assures all music and minimal distortion.
