Alpine innovation continues with all-new technology and engineering in the new S-Series' structure and materials. The exclusive design composite glass fibre hybrid cone is very robust and lightweight, and it works in tandem with Alpine's unique HAMR surround to produce enhanced control and excursion of the woofer diaphragm, resulting in clean, snappy sound and strong bass at high SPL.
The Alpine S2-S69C offers even more value and vehicle compatibility in current SUV and Ute vehicles with huge 6" door speakers and a 3" mid-driver or tweeter beneath the dashboard. Furthermore, the modest size of the 3" mid-tweeters allows for custom-fit installation into some factory tweeter placements of other automobiles.
The natural-sounding pulp cone 3′′ Mid-range paired with the 1" soft dome tweeter produces an extraordinarily smooth and detailed mid-to-high frequency response that extends all the way up to 40kHz – allowing you to hear the finest subtleties in your music.

Natural Sound 3″ Mid-Tweeter Configuration
Featuring a highly detailed 3” Coaxial Mid-Tweeters allows for versatile installation and significantly improves sound quality, as well as staging and imaging. The S2-S69C is perfect for modern SUVs and Ute sound upgrades by replacing the factory dashboard mid-tweeter and 6×9″ door woofer. The compact size of the 3” Mid-Tweeter also allows for custom-fit applications behind factory tweeter locations.
Glass Fiber Composite Woofer Cone
The door woofer features an all-new glass fibre composite cone, which due to its directionally woven construction is engineered to be far stronger than a traditional oval cone diaphragm. The resulting rigidity coupled with glass-fibre’s innate lightness results in highly controlled cone excursion producing excellent response and audio reproduction.
HAMR Surround
Not only does Alpine’s patented High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) surround maintain full control over the cone at any stage of excursion for high SPL. Its ability to far exceed the maximum linear excursion of regular domed surround allows for beautifully pure sound and punchy bass.
Large Magnet Structure
The large strontium magnets housed on the back of S-Series speakers mean business. Combined with large voice coils and Alpine’s patented HAMR Surrounds, increase cone excursion and the force of the driver to provide a louder, punchier sound.
